TRIAL EXPERIENCE
Terry Curry has more than 30 years of experience as a trial attorney in Indiana and Federal courts. His diverse trial practice from 1978 to the present has included employment as a law firm partner, as a solo practitioner, and as a Deputy Prosecutor. Mr. Curry has served as lead counsel in more than 125 court and jury trials, arbitrations, and injunction hearings.

Mr. Curry’s private practice has concentrated upon complex business and commercial disputes, injury litigation, and employment matters. His significant experience in complex business matters includes securities litigation, shareholder and partnership disputes, antitrust actions, intellectual property claims, white collar criminal defense, legal and accounting malpractice, and non-compete and other employment matters. While a deputy prosecutor at the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office, Mr. Curry was primarily responsible for prosecution of white collar crime. His numerous successful prosecutions included several securities-based convictions, including securities fraud, sale of unregistered securities, and Ponzi schemes. During his tenure at the Prosecutor’s office, Mr. Curry worked closely with investigators from various Marion County law enforcement agencies, Indiana State Police, Federal Bureau of Investigations, and the Securities Division of the Indiana Secretary of State.

ADR EXPERIENCE
Mr. Curry has been registered with the Indiana Supreme Court Registry of approved court mediators since 1998. He is registered as both a Civil and Domestic mediator. Mr. Curry has successfully conducted mediations and arbitrations of business and commercial actions, injury litigation, shareholder and partnership disputes, family law matters, probate litigation, and construction actions. Mr. Curry has been requested on numerous occasions to serve as Judge Pro Tem in Marion County courts, including serving as Judge Pro Tem for jury trials in Marion Circuit Court. In addition, Mr. Curry was formerly an Independent Hearing Officer for special education matters under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act.
